Dr. Grant L. Azdell is the president and founder of Azdell-Morgan Organizational Management Solutions and a nationally recognized higher-education executive, institutional strategist, student-success leader, professor, and crisis-management consultant. With nearly three decades of senior leadership experience, he brings a distinctive combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, and practical expertise to organizations navigating complex challenges, periods of transition, and critical incidents.


For more than twenty years, Azdell-Morgan has selectively served over fifty colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and government agencies. Supported by a multidisciplinary team of experienced consultants, the firm provides customized assessments, training programs, strategic guidance, and organizational solutions grounded in research, professional standards, and real-world experience.


Dr. Azdell’s areas of expertise include organizational assessment and development, campus safety and security, emergency management, behavioral threat assessment, crisis communications, Clery Act compliance, executive leadership, student success, strategic planning, policy development, and institutional risk management. He has advised senior executives, governing boards, campus leaders, public-safety professionals, behavioral intervention teams, and community partners on challenges that require sound judgment, careful analysis, and coordinated action.
